Gifting sweets/snacks/diyas to 500 underprivileged families
Diwali is when mothers make snacks/sweets and we meet friends & family members to enjoy the festivities.
For the kindhearted, the festival is also about reaching out to the underprivileged and giving them some respite from their difficult lives and motivating them to look forward to a better future.
This year, Team Shivprabha wishes to celebrate Diwali, by bringing smiles to few underprivileged children in five districts of Maharashtra i.e. Yavatmal, Chandrapur, Pune and Aurangabad where about 500 families would be beneficiaries.
We plan to raise funds of Rs. 50K to bring smile on their faces during the festive times of Diwali by distributing Sweets, Snacks, Diyas & Soundless Crackers.The kind of happiness and joy these poor kids get after seeing simple sweets/crackers to enjoy with their siblings is unimaginable.
